One evening, on my way home, driven by the photographer's itch, I raced back to retrieve my film camera. Pulling over to the side of the road, I found the automobile in surprising condition, its presence lending an air of curiosity to the scene. After shooting a roll of color film to capture the moment, I packed up and went home. The very next day, the car was gone. It had vanished as mysteriously as it had arrived.
